OUR SERVICE WARRANTY

Giant Ancaster offers One Year Limited Service warranty on every bicycle that is purchased from us.  Every bike has a break in period after which adjustments will need to be made.  Cable stretch, bolts can loosen up, wheels can go our of true ... these are just a few of the issues you may experience.  Every bike must be returned for a free Warranty Check within 90 days from the date of purchase.
